Arnold will share his insight on making collaboration work, pursuing break-through goals, tailoring leadership styles to fit team needs, assembling great teams, and inspiring people to even higher levels of success. In an engaging program, Arnold will motivate you to lead your team to generate more productive and cohesive results in the workforce.

Arnold Perl has over thirty years of experience practicing labor and employment law. He focuses his practice on labor law and serves as a Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator.

Arnold has also received local and national recognition – including being listed in The Best Lawyers in America for more than 20 years, a listing in International Who’s Who of Management Labour and Employment Lawyers and recognition in both Business Tennessee Magazine as one of the Top 100 of “Tennessee’s Most Powerful People” and named to “Who’s Who” in Memphis Magazine as one of the Top 100 Influential Leaders 2005-2006.
